Are you open on Sundays?
Hinton’s Orchard & Farm Market is open on Sundays from July 1 through October 31. We are closed Sundays in April, May, November and December.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Hinton’s Orchard & Farm Market accepts cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Is food available?
Canned drinks and snack foods are available for purchase in our market any day. On festival dates and all weekends in October, Hinton’s Kitchen will be serving a variety of snack and meal options.
Can we bring our dog?
Hinton’s Orchard allows pets on a leash to visit the property with their families. Pets are not allowed in Hinton’s FarmLand play area or in the corn maze. During festivals and on fall weekends we would advise our guests that the crowds are often not the best environment for pets.
What’s a good cooking apple?
Since everyone has different tastes, it is really a personal preference for your favorite eating, cooking or baking apples. However, some varieties are better suited than others for cooking. Here’s a link to our list of apple varieties with recommendations for best uses.
