Fall produce is still in abundance at Hinton’s Orchard! The temperatures are getting cooler, leaves are beginning to fall, and great tasting apples are plentiful at the farm.
Both Hinton’s markets have several varieties of apples in stock – Fuji, Granny Smith, Cameo, Arkansas Black, and Winesap are available at this time. For vegetables, Hinton’s own fresh tomatoes and butternut squash are available as well as local sweet potatoes and potatoes. Hinton’s Kitchen bakes fresh bread twice each week and fresh apple cider will be available through Thanksgiving. Mums are still available at the Elizabethtown market.
Hinton’s FarmLand play area and corn maze will be open through Tuesday, November 8th. Take advantage of the great weather and spend some time at the farm this long weekend. Pumpkin pie ice cream and apple cider slushies will be available to cool off from all of the fun!
November hours for both Hinton’s Orchard markets are Monday through Saturday 9 am – 5 pm. We hope to see you soon at a Hinton’s Orchard market!
