Early apple season has arrived at Hinton's Orchard! Lodi "June" apple harvest has begun. If you don't know these apples, they are great for cooking, frying, or making applesauce. The taste is very sour so only the bravest customers eat them raw, but Lodis are a favorite for cooking. Garden vegetables are also beginning to ripen.
